On Common Ground....

Shopping takes on a new meaning at Common Ground, a concept that is unique and worth a visit if you are in Seoul.

20 footer containers were lined together as retail space, eateries, and services.

It is a hit amongst the local, and foreigners the same.
Inside the container.

 One for the memory

As night fall, we made our way to Banpo Bridge, along the Han river.

From 8pm nightly, water jets spray out from the many nozzles on the bridge.
In tune with the accompanying music, the bridge comes alive with the dancing display.

A good start to the trip. We visited two new places today, and would be visiting some more in the next few days. We usually travel to Korea in December for winter break. To come in June, I have think of places that are suitable for the weather. It is actually not too hot or humid, and wearing light beats the taking off and on of our winter wears.

Another travel trip awaiting....
